Connecting a platform for the first time, learning the text commands, or troubleshooting something — it's all here. Most answers take under a minute.
Your one-tap Connect links come from your welcome email — text CONNECT to your PostShop number anytime for a fresh set. They're not found inside the platforms' own apps. The steps below are just the quick prep to do in each platform first. Tap any to expand.
The Connect link is in your PostShop welcome email — text CONNECT anytime for a fresh one. If the link says it can't find a professional account, the switch in step 1 hasn't finished syncing — give it a minute and tap again.
The Connect link is in your welcome email (text CONNECT for a fresh one). Posting to a different Page later? Text FBPAGE to switch.
The Connect link is in your welcome email — text CONNECT anytime for a fresh one.
Pinterest's own Link to Pinterest and Social permissions and activity menus are not how you connect to PostShop — you can ignore them. After connecting, choose which board your pins go to by texting PINBOARD, then reply PIN and the board number.
The Connect link is in your welcome email (text CONNECT for a fresh one). Switch between personal and company by texting LIPAGE.
The Connect link is in your welcome email — text CONNECT anytime for a fresh one.
The Connect link is in your welcome email (text CONNECT for a fresh one). Multiple locations? Pick which one we post to by texting GBPLOC.

Text the word upload to your PostShop number. We text back a private link — open it, add your photo or video, type a note about what it is, and send. That's the whole thing.
Why a link instead of just texting the photo? Cell carriers compress picture messages hard, and a compressed photo is a permanently lower-quality post. The link sends your file at full resolution. It's also where you arrange a carousel in the exact order you want, mix photos and video in one post, and ask for an AI-generated scene.
Attach a photo to a text out of habit? No harm — we'll just text your upload link back so it goes out at full quality.
⭐ Bookmark this page. Texting tips, every command, switching pages and boards, and troubleshooting all live here — it's the one page to come back to.
Your welcome email contains a secure connection link for every platform you selected during signup. Tap each link, log into your account, and approve access — about 30 seconds per platform.
No passwords shared. No apps to install. You're granting PostShop permission to publish on your behalf through each platform's official authorization process. You can revoke access at any time.
Step 1: Open your welcome email and tap the black Activate button to confirm your account.
Step 2: Tap a connection link in the same email. It opens the platform's login page. Log in with your account.
Step 3: Approve the permissions. You'll see exactly what PostShop can do (publish posts) and what it can't.
Step 4: Each time a platform connects successfully, you'll see a confirmation page in your browser and get a confirmation text from your PostShop number. Repeat for every link in the email.
Lost the email, want to swap to a different account on a platform you're already connected to, or want to add a platform you didn't pick during signup? Text CONNECT to your PostShop number anytime — you'll get back a list of all 9 platforms showing which are connected and fresh links for the rest.
Need to remove a platform? Text DISCONNECT to see your connected platforms as a numbered list, reply with the number of the one you want to remove, then reply CONFIRM. Posts to that platform will stop until you reconnect. Account holder only.
Supported platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, Threads, Pinterest, and Google Business Profile — all nine connect the same way, with one secure link per platform from your welcome email.
Add a description in the note box on your upload page. Tell us what the job was, where it is, what happened, what you want people to know. "Just finished this full kitchen remodel in Pasadena — took 6 weeks, client wanted modern farmhouse, we did custom shaker cabinets and quartz countertops" gives us everything we need to write a caption that sounds like you.
The more you tell us, the better the caption. A photo with no words still works — we'll caption based on what we see — but your words are what make it sound like you.
Each submission becomes one post. Depending on your plan, if you send several in one day, they won't all post the same day — we'll spread them across your posting schedule so your feed stays consistent.
Your plan determines how many posts go out per day (1, 2, or 3 depending on your tier). Posts typically go live within 24 hours of when you approve them.
Going on vacation? Send them all at once. If you send us more posts than your daily limit, the extras don't get dropped — they queue up and post on the following days, one full day's worth at a time. That means you can spend an hour before a trip sending in everything you'd want posted that week, and your feed will keep going while you're off the grid. Text QUEUE anytime to see how many days of content you have ready to go.
Videos: keep them short. Clips under 60 seconds perform best and work across every platform. Standard smartphone video is perfect — no special apps needed. Trim anything longer than 60 seconds in your Photos or Gallery app before you upload it.
Photos: just add them. Any standard smartphone photo works. No need to resize, crop, or filter — we handle all of that. Every photo you send us gets turned into a post.
You don't have to use photos from your camera roll. Most phone messengers let you attach images and videos from Google Photos, Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox, or any other app you've linked — open the attach menu in your texting app and you'll see the full list. That includes stylized images you've designed in Canva or Adobe Express — finish your design, save it to your camera roll or any cloud-storage app you've connected, then add it from your upload page. Old marketing photos, headshots, product shots, designed graphics — anything visual you have anywhere works.
Standard video already looks great, and you never have to change a thing. But if you want every clip as crisp as it can be, there's one free setting worth checking just once — it lets us post your video exactly as your phone recorded it, with no conversion on our end.
iPhone: open Settings → Camera → Formats and choose Most Compatible. The default setting ("High Efficiency") still works perfectly — we just have to convert those clips before posting, which can soften them slightly. New videos you record will use the compatible format automatically; clips already in your camera roll keep the format they were filmed in.
Android: most Android phones already record in the format we want, so there's usually nothing to change. If your camera app has a video codec or "high efficiency / HEVC" option (often under Camera → Settings → Advanced recording options), choose the standard or most-compatible one for the same benefit.
Either phone: 1080p HD is the sweet spot. Filming in 4K doesn't help — every platform shrinks it back down anyway, and the much larger file can be harder to text reliably. 1080p keeps your video crisp and sends without a hitch.
Before anything publishes, we text you a private link. Open it to see the photo and both captions, then tap Approve & Publish, or Send Back for Changes with a quick note — we'll rewrite it and text you a fresh draft to review.
Everything happens right on that page — there's nothing to text back. Love it? Tap Approve & Publish. Want changes? Tap Send Back for Changes and add a quick note — we'll redo it.
Don't want it at all? Under the send-back box there's a small Don't publish this link. Tap it and you'll get a confirmation screen — confirm, and that draft is set aside for good. It won't publish, and it doesn't use up one of your daily posts. Sending it back is a rewrite; this one ends it.
If you don't get to it right away
Nothing publishes without you, so a draft is safe sitting there. We'll text a reminder the next day, again after three days, and once more at seven with the date it lapses. After ten days without a decision we set the draft aside on your behalf and it won't publish. You'll get a text either way — nothing disappears quietly. A week away is fine; ten days is the outside edge.
Good notes to send back:
too formal
doesn't mention we're closed Tuesdays
more casual, less salesy
wrong — this was a full reroof, not a repair
The more specific your note, the better the rewrite. Short and direct works — this isn't an essay, just tell us what to change.
Every time you send a caption back with a note, your voice gets a little sharper in our notes. The next caption incorporates what you told us — and so does the one after that. Over a few weeks, your posts read more like you and need fewer rewrites.
This is why notes matter. Sending a caption back with no note still triggers a rewrite, but we're guessing at what to change — a few words of direction gets you a better draft, faster.
During signup, you picked the times of day you want your posts to publish — those are your posting slots. When you send us a photo, the post gets queued and goes live at your next available slot. Your daily plan determines how many slots you have: Essential is 1 per day, Growth is 2, Authority is 3.
The order you approve in is the order they go out. A post is given its slot the moment you approve it, not when you send it. So if three drafts are waiting and you approve them in a different order than you sent them, they'll publish in the order you approved. If that matters, text SCHEDULE — you'll get a link showing exactly when each post goes live, and you can reorder them, change a time, or cancel one.
If you didn't pick specific times during signup, your posts go out as soon as they're processed — typically within an hour or so.
Just email us at hello@postshop.live or text the word FEEDBACK followed by your new preferred times. We'll update your schedule and confirm the change.
No need to be exact — "weekday mornings around 9am" or "lunch and after work" works fine. We'll translate that into specific posting slots for you.
On your upload page, tick Build an AI-generated scene around this photo and describe the scene you want. AI rebuilds the picture around your subject — your product on a rustic bar top, your storefront on a rainy Victorian street, whatever you describe.
Available on a single photo. Not on carousels or video: you approve one picture, and quietly folding a generated image into a multi-photo post would publish something you never saw.
Be specific. Name the surface, the setting, the light, and anything that should be in frame. "A rustic wooden bar top, warm evening light, a few glasses behind it" comes back sharp. "A nice background" comes back vague.
Surfaces and settings work best. Materials, rooms, weather, time of day. Real named places — a specific stadium, a landmark, a branded location — usually come back generic, and using them commercially can create trademark problems you don't want.
The whole picture is rebuilt around your subject, so fine detail can come back changed — small print, logos, and people's faces are the usual ones. Nothing publishes until you approve it. We text you the result, you look at it, and you decide.
Some platforms read the file's metadata and add their own "AI" label to pictures like this. That's their doing, not ours, and it's worth knowing before you post one.
You're responsible for what you ask to have in the scene — the same as any photo you send us.
Every AI scene you generate uses one of your monthly allowance. Asking for changes to the picture uses another one, because it rebuilds the image from scratch. Changing only the caption is free.
Setting a post aside doesn't return the scene you used. Spend them however you like — twenty different photos, or one photo you keep refining. Your allowance resets on the 1st.
Good to know: AI scenes take a little longer than a normal post — we'll text you the result within about 30 minutes.
Every post starts here. One photo, a video, or a carousel of up to 35 items — it all goes through the same link, which is what keeps every post at full quality.
If you text a photo straight to your number out of habit, nothing is lost — we'll reply with your upload link so it can go out crisp.
1. Text the word upload to your PostShop number. You can add a note after it — "upload — kitchen remodel" — and we'll use it for your caption.
2. We text you back a private link. Open it and add your photos and videos.
Next time: skip step 1. Our confirmation text includes a fresh link, so your next post starts with a tap.
3. Drag them into the order you want, add a caption if you like, and tap send. It becomes one post, in that exact order.
You only have to text upload once. Every time we confirm a post, we send a fresh link with it — so your next post is already waiting at the bottom of the thread. Each link works once, and a spare sits there for a month. Lost the thread, or it's been a while? Text upload again anytime. Nothing to install, no password, no app.
Expecting a texted photo or video to post as-is. Anything you attach to a text gets a reply with your upload link instead. It only becomes a post once you send it through the link, so don't skip that step.
Reusing a link you already used. Each link works once. After you send a post, scroll to our latest reply — the fresh link is in there. If you can't find one, text upload for a new one.
Waiting for a reply after uploading. Once you tap send on the upload page, you're done — the post is on its way. There's no confirmation text to wait for.
Every upload you send becomes a post across your connected platforms. We automatically resize and format each photo for the platform it's going to — so you don't have to think about it. Each platform has its own caps on how many items it'll accept per post and how long captions can run. Here's what to expect.
| Platform | Photos / videos per post | Caption |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 10 (carousel) | Long | |
| Up to 10 | Long | |
| Up to 20 | Long | |
| Threads | Up to 20 (carousel) | Long |
| YouTube | 1 video (a single photo works if you render it) | Long |
| X / Twitter | Up to 4 photos, or 1 video | Short |
| TikTok | Up to 35 photos, or 1 video | Short |
| 1 per pin (one pin per item) | Short | |
| Google Business Profile | 1 photo (image only — no video) | Long |
Long vs. short captions. Long captions are the full version — your story, full hashtag set, and (on Growth and Authority) translations into your additional languages. Short captions stay under 280 characters to fit X's hard limit, with 1–2 hashtags. Only long captions get the multilingual stack; short captions stay in your primary language because there's no room for translations.
Pinterest splits into separate pins. If you send 5 photos in one post, Pinterest gets 5 separate pins — one per image. Every other platform groups them into a single carousel or post. This is how Pinterest works natively.
YouTube needs a video. If you send a video, it posts as a Short. If you send a single photo, the upload page offers to turn it into a short video — tick that and the post reaches YouTube too. A photo sent without that option, or a set of several photos, skips YouTube.
X / Twitter caps photos at 4. If you send more than 4 photos in one post, X gets the first 4. Every other platform still receives the full set up to its own cap.
TikTok carousels accept up to 35 photos. Add up to 35 photos on your upload page, in the order you want. Each platform then receives up to its own cap.
Instagram's app shows up to 20 in a carousel, but their API caps third-party tools at 10. Since PostShop publishes through their API, your Instagram carousel max is 10. (If you ever paste extra photos into Instagram's app yourself, you can use up to 20 — but that's separate from PostShop.)
Google Business Profile posts directly. We post to your GBP location as its own update — not piggybacking on other platforms. Image only, no video, one photo per post. If you manage multiple GBP locations, you can switch between them by texting GBPLOC.
If a platform allows mixed media (photos + videos), we send everything. Instagram and Threads accept mixed carousels. Facebook, LinkedIn, and X are images-only when mixed — videos in mixed posts skip those platforms but still post everywhere else that accepts video.
Going past the platform's cap? Nothing is lost. Each platform receives up to its own limit, and platforms with higher caps get more of your content. If you want every platform to receive every photo, keep posts under 4 photos to stay inside X's cap.
When you connect Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook, or Google Business, we automatically choose the most likely destination — but you can switch anytime with a single text.
The moment you finish connecting each platform, we pick a default destination and confirm it by text so you know where your posts will go:
Pinterest: Your first board
LinkedIn: Your company page if you have one — otherwise your personal profile
Facebook: Your first business page
Google Business: Your first location
If our pick is right, you don't need to do anything. If you want a different destination, switch it whenever you like — same pattern on all four.
How the reply works: when you text any of these commands, we send back a numbered list. Reply with the platform code and the number of the option you want — for example, if you text FBPAGE and see "1. Acme Roofing, 2. Acme Real Estate," you'd reply FB 2 to switch to Acme Real Estate. The number is whatever number sits next to the option you want.
Text PINBOARD and we'll text you back a numbered list of every board on your Pinterest account.
Reply with PIN 2 (or whichever number sits next to the board you want) and we'll switch your pin destination right away. Your next post goes to the new board.
Don't have any boards yet? Create one in Pinterest first, then text PINBOARD.
Text LIPAGE and we'll text you back your options. Option 1 is always your personal profile — followed by any company pages you manage.
Reply with LI 1 for personal, or LI 2 (or whichever number sits next to the page you want) for a company page. Your next LinkedIn post goes to the new destination.
Text FBPAGE and we'll text you back a numbered list of every business page on your Facebook account.
Reply with FB 2 (or whichever number sits next to the page you want) and your next Facebook post goes there.
Facebook posts to business pages, not personal timelines.
Text GBPLOC and we'll text you back a numbered list of every business location on your Google account.
Reply with GBP 2 (or whichever number sits next to the location you want) and your next Google Business post goes there.
If you only manage one location, no need to switch — your posts go there automatically.
Your PostShop number is secured to your account. Only phone numbers you've approved can submit content. You were automatically added as the primary sender when you signed up.
Want your office manager, field crew, or anyone else to send photos on your behalf? Add their number and they can start submitting right away. The total number of senders depends on your plan:
Essential: 1 sender (you)
Growth: Up to 3 senders
Authority: Unlimited senders
Text these commands to your PostShop number from your phone (only the primary sender can manage the list):
To add someone: text ADD 8185551234
To remove someone: text REMOVE 8185551234
Need more senders? Upgrade your plan from your phone — text ACCOUNT to your PostShop number for a secure link to your billing portal.
Want to see what PostShop has been posting for you? You have a personal feed page that shows your last 7 days of published posts — images and your full long-form captions, clean and simple. (Short captions are just truncated versions of the long ones, so we show the long version for the full story.)
Bookmark the link and check it anytime. No login required.
Step 1: Text FEED to your PostShop number. You'll get a link back.
Step 2: Tap the link to open your feed, then bookmark the page in your phone's browser for one-tap access from now on.
Your feed refreshes automatically. Every new post shows up as soon as it's published. The page always shows your most recent 7 days.
The feed shows your most recent 7 days. For your full history — or a record you can keep on file — text EXPORT to your PostShop number. You’ll get back a link to download a spreadsheet (CSV) of every post you’ve ever published, not just the last week.
The file has five columns: Published (date and time, Pacific), Platforms (where each post went), Caption (Short), Caption (Long), and Status. It opens in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.
Google reviews are one of the most powerful ways to get found by new customers. But asking for reviews is awkward, and most business owners forget to do it. PostShop makes it effortless — just text a single word right after finishing a job.
1. Finish a job, serve a customer, or wrap up an appointment.
2. Text REVIEW to your PostShop number.
3. You'll get back a professional, ready-to-forward message with your direct Google review link.
4. Forward it to your customer via text. Done.
Your Google review link is set up automatically during onboarding. Every time you text REVIEW, you get the same professional message — just forward it to whoever you just served.
No dashboards to log into. We email you a summary of what we published for you and how it performed — at the pace your plan covers.
Every Plan
A short email summarizing what we published for you the previous week, total reach and engagement across your platforms, and any commands you used. No fluff — just the numbers.
Agencies managing client accounts receive a weekly tailored to their needs.
Growth
A snapshot of the prior month with month-over-month context: total posts, reach and engagement, your three top-performing posts, a per-platform breakdown showing where your content lands hardest, and your best-performing day of the week.
Authority
Authority's monthly report is a different category of deliverable. It includes everything in the Growth summary, then connects three sides of your story most reports never bring together:
It ends with a short list of specific actions to take this month — concrete next steps grounded in your actual data. Most reports stop at what happened; this one ends with what to do about it.
The system gets sharper over time — every month adds more data, surfaces clearer patterns, and refines the recommendations.
Text FEEDBACK followed by your question to your PostShop number. We'll review and get back to you.
For billing or plan changes, text ACCOUNT for a self-serve portal link.
Full user manual
Start with For everyone, then jump to the group that fits you — solo owners connecting their own accounts, or agency operators connecting accounts they manage for clients. Most answers take under a minute.
Shoot vertical. Hold the phone upright. Vertical fills the whole screen on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube, which is where most people will see you. A landscape photo still posts everywhere — it just sits in a smaller frame with space either side of it, because a wide picture cannot fill a tall screen without cutting the edges off. We would rather show your whole photo than crop half of it away.
Get closer than feels natural. One clear subject beats a wide shot of everything. Phone cameras are excellent close up and mediocre at distance.
Let the light come from behind you. Facing a window lights your subject. Standing in front of one turns it into a silhouette.
Send the photo straight from your camera roll. Don't screenshot it, and don't put it through another app first — both throw away detail we can't get back.
Hold the phone close to your mouth — about a hand's width. This matters more than everything else combined. At arm's length the microphone picks up as much room as it does you. Close up, the room disappears and you sound like yourself.
Pick a smaller room with soft things in it. Curtains, a sofa, a bed, even a coat over a chair. Large open rooms with hard floors are the hardest to record in — your voice bounces off every surface and arrives back a fraction late, which is what makes a recording sound hollow.
Say it once, the way you'd say it out loud. Reading a script sounds like reading a script. Talk to the person who'll watch it.
Outdoors is fine and often better — the sound of where you are belongs in the post. Wind is the one thing to avoid: turn so it's at your back, or cup your hand around the bottom of the phone.
You hear it before anyone else does. Play it back on the upload page. If it isn't right, record it again — there's no limit, and nothing is sent until you're happy.
Because it should. Every platform wants a different shape, a different length, and a different kind of caption. We size and write for each one separately rather than sending the same file everywhere and letting it look wrong on most of them.
Your photo goes out tall for Instagram and TikTok, wide for LinkedIn and X, square-ish for Pinterest. Your caption goes long where there's room for it and short where there isn't — X allows 280 characters, Instagram allows 2,200.
This is the part that takes the longest by hand, and it's the main thing you're paying us to stop doing.
Format decides where something can go. A post reaches every connected account that can actually carry it — and the platforms disagree about what they'll take.
Nothing is dropped quietly. A submission reaches everything it can, and your feed page shows exactly where each post landed.
Each platform adjusts volume its own way, and they don't agree. Some lift quiet audio, some only bring loud audio down. The same file genuinely plays at different levels depending on where you watch it.
We set the level on the way out to sit well across all of them. If one platform still sounds low to you, the fix is at the source: record with the phone closer to your mouth. A stronger recording lands better everywhere, and no amount of adjusting afterwards beats it.
No — once it's live it belongs to your account, and we can't reach back into it. That's the reason nothing publishes until you've read it and tapped approve.
You can delete it yourself on the platform, the same as any post you'd made by hand.
If a caption got something wrong, text FEEDBACK and tell us what. We correct the underlying instruction so it doesn't happen again, rather than just fixing the one post. That's the part that actually sticks.
Yes, and there's no setting to turn it off.
It's your name on the account. We'd rather you spend five seconds reading a caption than find out afterwards that something went out you wouldn't have chosen. There's no timer and no automatic fallback — if you never tap, it never publishes.
Approving is one tap on the link we text you. Sending it back for a rewrite is one tap and a note.
Walk through these checks in order:
CONNECT to your PostShop number — you'll get back a list showing which of your selected platforms are connected and fresh links for any that aren't. Tap each pending link to authorize. If you skipped any platform during setup, posts won't flow there until you connect it.FEEDBACK with the date and platform and we'll look into it.FEED to your PostShop number — you'll get a link showing your recent posts. If it's there, it posted. If not, text FEEDBACK followed by the date and details and we'll look into it.A few things to check:
ADD). On Authority, no limit. If in doubt, have the primary account holder text ADD (your number) first.FEEDBACK followed by the date and time you sent the photo, and we'll check what came in.Every post waits for your approval, so a missing review text means a post is sitting still. Here's how to fix it:
First check who's already authorized. From the primary account holder's phone, text SENDERS — you'll get back a list of every phone number currently authorized on your account. If your teammate's number isn't on the list, that's why their texts aren't getting through.
To add them:
ADD followed by the teammate's number. Example: ADD 8185551234.REMOVE 8185551234, or upgrade your plan to make room.Current limits:
For oversized videos, trim the clip or re-export at a lower quality from your phone's editor. For oversized photos (rare), resend from your phone's camera roll rather than a pro-export.
One good clip beats three mediocre ones — most social platforms only allow one video per post anyway.
Text upload. We reply with a private link where you can add up to 35 photos and videos, drag them into the exact order you want, and send them as one post.
Everything in a single upload becomes one post. Separate uploads are separate posts — there's no keyword to group them after the fact, so send the whole set together.
For approvals you want to pull back: Text FEEDBACK followed by which post and what you want changed. If it hasn't been published yet, we'll do our best to catch it before it goes out — but the closer to the scheduled time, the harder that gets. Once it's live on your platforms, you'll need to delete or edit it directly on that platform — we can't remove posts once they're published to your accounts.
For rejections you regret: A fresh caption has already been generated from your feedback. Review the new version — if you prefer it to the original you rejected, just approve it. If you want the original back, text FEEDBACK and tell us what you'd like. We'll do our best to recover it; if the rejected caption has already been overwritten, we'll work with you to rebuild something close.
The draft link we texted you is waiting for your notes.
too formal, we're more casual or don't use exclamation points. If the tone keeps missing after several rejects, text FEEDBACK with what's off and we'll fine-tune how we write for you going forward.
Every photo you submit on Authority tier runs through professional-grade image enhancement before it publishes. Exposure, color, contrast, and clarity all get tuned to make your photos look like they were taken with intent — even if you shot them one-handed on a job site.
This is what professional photographers and editors charge for. On Authority, it happens automatically on every image, with no extra effort from you. Snap a photo, text it in, and what publishes looks better than what came out of your camera.
We deliberately stop short of filters, heavy stylization, or anything that screams "edited." Your photos still look like real photos — just the version of them where the light cooperated, the color is honest, and the details come through. Video isn't enhanced — what you send is what publishes.
If a text command can do it, use the command. Many account changes are self-serve and don't need our review:
ADD 8185551234 or REMOVE 8185551234PINBOARD, LIPAGE, FBPAGE, GBPLOCCONNECTDISCONNECT (then reply with the number, then CONFIRM)ACCOUNTFor changes commands don't cover — posting times, time zone, additional languages, voice profile tuning, business description — text FEEDBACK with what you want changed. Example: FEEDBACK please change my posting times to 11am and 6pm. We'll review and email you to confirm when it's done.
The easiest way: text ACCOUNT to your PostShop number. You'll get back a secure link to your billing portal where you can upgrade, downgrade, update your payment method, view past invoices, or cancel — all self-serve, all from your phone. The link is single-use and expires after your session.
Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle — you keep your current tier's features through the period you've already paid for.
Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period, no refunds for the unused portion. Your posts will continue publishing through the period you paid for. Refund policy is in our service agreement · Accessibility.
PostShop is built to be low-friction. If something isn't working the way you expect and none of the above helps, text FEEDBACK followed by whatever's on your mind. We review every feedback text and get back to you. Nothing is too small to ask.
Important: Any text you send to your PostShop number that isn't a command (UPLOAD, REVIEW, FEED, EXPORT, QUEUE, SCHEDULE, MENU, GUIDE, CONNECT, DISCONNECT, CONFIRM, ACCOUNT, PINBOARD, LIPAGE, FBPAGE, GBPLOC, SENDERS, ADD, REMOVE, or FEEDBACK) gets treated as content for a post. So if you have a question or want to flag something, always start your message with FEEDBACK so we know it's for us, not for your audience.
Open your welcome email and tap the connection link for each platform you selected. Each link opens that platform's official login — sign in to your account and approve access. About 30 seconds per platform, and no passwords are ever shared with us; you're granting publish access through the platform's own authorization, and you can revoke it anytime.
Lost the email, or a link expired? Text CONNECT to your PostShop number for a fresh set of links plus a list of which platforms are connected and which are still pending.
First, text CONNECT for a fresh link — most incomplete connections just need a retry. If it still won't connect, the account usually doesn't yet meet that platform's requirements (for example, TikTok needs a Business account, and Instagram must be a Business account linked to a Facebook Page). See Connecting & switching platforms below for the per-platform prerequisites.
The key thing: you connect each client's accounts using the admin or manager access you hold on their accounts — you don't need their passwords, and you don't log in as them.

| Command | What it does | Example |
|---|---|---|
| FEEDBACK | Sends a message directly to us — questions, suggestions, corrections, requests that aren't covered by a command. Anything you want us to see, prefix it with FEEDBACK. | FEEDBACK loved the tone |
| UPLOAD | Texts you back a private link to build a post on the web — add photos and videos, drag them into order, add a caption, and send as one post. This is how every post starts. You can add a caption after the word (upload kitchen remodel). Each link works once, and we include a fresh one with every confirmation, so you rarely need to text this more than once. |
